DIE MATIC - Bolster extension motorization
Single motor for loading and unloading dies on press table.
PRINCIPLE :
The DIE MATIC ® was developed for pulling, pushing and setting in accurate position dies on the press table.
An easy mechanism warranties a straight movement of the pushing points in the horizontal plane.
The DIE MATIC ® is driven by a gear motor. Its movement is flexible, progressively accelerated and decelerated.
UNIVERSAL :
Dies or moulds can be of different dimensions.
DIE MATIC ® requires only to fix hooks on the lower plate. On request, your existing hooks may be used with the DIE MATIC ® .
SIMPLICITY :
The DIE MATIC ® is directly fixed against the press table. Dies or moulds can be load by stacker or travelling crane. One control box for all switches : front, back and hooking, unhooking (in option)
The DIE MATIC ® range was developed for dies or moulds weighing up to 10 tons and with maximum stroke 1600 mm.
