This equipment allows the feeding of the parts of your transfer automatically.

Technical data :

- starting blank : on customer request
- height of pile : 310 mm.

The basic magazine is equipped with various elements :

- system of manual or automatic rotation
- pneumatic or magnetics separators of blanks
- non-stop option
- constant leveling of the high level of the pile.

Description of the basic magazine :

This type of rotating magazine can function either in the form of a blank destacker upstream of the manufacturing line, either in the form of a unit stacker downstream (to be advised when order).
The magazine is equipped of 4 holding plates with adjustable guides of capacity according to the units. The positioning of the plates is carried out by a mechanical system and is locked by a pneumatic indexing. An oil and air jack allows the rise of the pile of units in order to maintain a height of catch (or poses) constant. Control system of the pile level by laser cell. Design and manufacturing according to specifications 

System of manual rotation :

When the pile of units is finished, the operator unlocks manually the indexing using a pneumatic distributor with manual control, puts in rotation the turret to the following basket and locks the system.

System of automatic rotation :

When the pile of units is finished, the systems unlocks the indexing and the rotation of the basket is carried out by an engine coupled with a Maltese cross. When this one is on position, the magazine is locked and the rise of pile is carried out.

System of blanks separation :

to avoid the gripping of 2 sheets simultaneously and protect the dies
- pneumatic : A pneumatic system “Jet bomb” creates a film of air to facilitate the separation of units.
The “Jet Bomb” is driven when the transfer takes the unit.
- magnétic : Using a magnetic controller allows the permanent distance of parts to others

“non stop” option : Allowing the change of pile during operation time when the destacker of the end of preceding pile (no stop of line)
This system is composed of 4 pneumatic jacks for maintenance of the position of the last 60 millimeters of the pile.
