Manucoil

MANUCOIL is a handling stacker that allows to
- gripping coils (with vertical axis) on a pallet or a mandrel
- raising and loading coils onto decoilers with horizontal axis.

Each operation is done through the stacker desk WITHOUT ANY MANUAL INTERVENTION

MANUCOIL
One can raise coils  weighing up to 4 tons, with a maximum width of 500 mm and with a maximum outside diameter of 1500 mm nearly.  One can load them on a chuck (horizontal axis) until 800 mm width.

The QUICKCOIL
Very simple mecanism, originality of the device :
In lowered position(1) it solidarises the gripping "C" with the forks : during all the operations, the coil remains "rigid in the space"
In up position (2) it retracts inside the mast : the stacker regains its initial function of universal stacker for pallets, containers,....
A simple hydraulic distributor (manual control on the desk) allows to switch instantly  from position (1) to position (2)
