MONOTRA

The CN pick - and - place unit integrated into the press.

Automatic opration : Manual supply of the loading station through a rotary magazine. Component conveyed by means of grippers with suction head MONOTRA is a small-sized supply robot devised ti equip pesses for rework operations. Due to its design and small size, it can be integrated into the press internal space while providing access to the press bed.

Movement :
NC MONOTRA is a transfer arm that describes a reversed U-shape motion.
This transfer arm supports the various grippers in order to convey the parts. It features a sinusoidal speed with a zero picking and placing speed.
The purely mechanical motion is generated by a brushless motor which actuates a connecting rod system. Lowering and lifting motions are through cams. This mechanical design features a hight operating speed : 60 cycles per minute for a 400-mm for strocke.

USE :
NC MONOTRA may be used in semiaumatic mode : the operator places the parts into a nest manually; the arm supplies them onto the tool and controles the press.

It is, however, more particularly designed for automatic operations, in wich case a magazine is used to supply the blanks.

In addition, NC MONOTRA can eject or, when necessary, restack stamped parts into a magazine provided for that purpose. Several presses fitted with MONOTRA may be interlinked : the link between the pesses is by means of motorised conveyor belts.

ACCESSORIES
NC MONOTRA may be equipped with a whole range of accessories in order to meet the various requirements.

NC MONOTRA may also be fitted directly onto the press bed or mounted onto an independent support adjustable in height and if necessary, movable on small wheels.
